It’s very simple, fast and secure! When shopping for items listing on this site there is an Add To Cart button in each item listed. Once you ready to check out just click the Proceed To Checkout button and pay safe and secure with PayPal. My Gallery section shows work I’ve done for custom orders and private collections. If you are looking for something unique, plesae email me with your ideas and I would be happy to work with you in creating it. Shipping
Most packages ship priority mail through the USPS, which usually takes 3-4 business days. Other shipping will be noted in item description, usually for larger items. We package our items very carefully and we do our best to keep our shipping prices as low as possible. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

For returns/refunds in the same condition the items were sent: If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased here at Mystic Creationz, you may return it for a refund. I ask that you please obtain a refund authorization by emailing me within 10 days of receipt of the item. Refunds do not include shipping costs. I always do my best to accurately describe and picture my items, so I hope the returns will be rare.

For replacement of damaged product: If for any reason the item arrives in damaged condition, it may be returned for replacement or refund. Unique beads and pieces will be replaced with an item which is as close a match as possible. We do our best to package items securely so this does not occur. I ask that you please obtain a refund authorization by emailing me within 10 days of receipt of the item. I will work with you to quickly replace the damaged item.

About Our Lampwork Beads
All our beads are properly annealed in a digitally controlled kiln to reduce stress in the glass for lasting durability. Beads are carefully cleaned to remove all bead release residue. I try to make sure that my pictures reflect these beads as accurately as possible, and to show as many views as possible, but please keep in mind that your monitor may show slight differences in shading and color. These beads are glass, so please handle them as you would handle any piece of delcate glass.
